Step into a day of rejuvenation designed to inspire, connect, and refresh your spirit. The REST Experience offers you a taste of Tiesha's unique facilitation style, where intentional pauses, reflection, and connection with a community of like-minded women provide an exhale from life’s busyness.
Held at the serene Dumas Bay Centre on Puget Sound, this day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. includes a continental breakfast and lunch. You’ll hear directly from the inaugural REST cohort, sharing firsthand stories of transformation and restoration.
